How to Make Goals instead of Resolutions

My favorite tool for tracking my goals is hands-down my goal and habit tracker. I can tell at a glance how well I'm doing at meeting my goals and it's fun to color in each day. (Yeah, it's the simple things!) I can also track a bunch of goals and habits on the same page and change them each month. I'm able to track my teeny tiny goals that are only for once a week and more serious goals all on the same page. LOVE it!
